The apartment, of excellent size, has a bright double bedroom with terrace and a twin bedroom, a large open space living room with large window, double sofa bed and a splendid dining area. Fully equipped kitchen, large balcony on which to spend long summer evenings and a bathroom with complete sanitary fixtures, spacious shower cabin. There is a security door, mosquito nets and air conditioning in every room.

Located on the first floor without a lift, in a building less than 5 minutes walk from the beach and less than 10 minutes by car from the lively town of Gallipoli. It is the ideal base for a dynamic and itinerant holiday or a static and quiet one, in one of the many beach resorts present on the approximately 4 km of coast that lap this wonderful stretch of the Ionian coast of Salento.

Reserved parking space, unattended, under the pine forest less than 100 meters from the apartment, for the entire duration of the stay (1 parking space for a car or motorbike per housing unit).

Offer of first supply of bed linen and towels for each guest (1 bathroom set consisting of a towel, bath towel, guest towel), initial cleaning of the apartment, first supply of toilet paper, free supply of shampoo/shower, hand soap, kitchen detergent, kitchen sponges, bathroom and floor detergent, kitchen sponges, washing machine pods. Kitchen linen (tea towels and tablecloths) not available.

For free use of guests n. 2 umbrellas for the free beach and 2 beach chairs, thermal bag and ice packs.
