The apartment, of excellent size, has a bright double bedroom with small terrace and a twin bedroom, a large open space living room with large window, double sofa bed and a splendid dining area. Fully equipped kitchen, large balcony on which to spend long summer evenings and a bathroom with complete fixtures and spacious shower cabin. There is an armored door, mosquito nets and air conditioning in every room.

Located on the first floor without lift, in a building 5 minutes walk from the beach and less than 10 minutes by car from the lively town of Gallipoli. It is an ideal base for a dynamic and itinerant or static and quiet holiday, in one of the many beach establishments present on the approximately 4 km of coastline that laps this wonderful stretch of the Ionian coast of Salento.

Reserved, unattended parking space under the pine forest less than 100 meters from the apartment, for the entire duration of the stay (1 car or motorbike per housing unit).

Offer for the first supply of bed linen and towels for a single guest (1 bathroom set consisting of towel, bath towel, bidet), initial cleaning of the apartment, first supply of toilet paper, free supply of shampoo/shower, hand soap, detergent kitchen, kitchen sponges, bathroom and floor detergent, kitchen sponges, washing machine pods capsules. Kitchen linen (tea towels and tablecloths) not available.

For free use by guests n. 2 umbrellas for the free beach, cool bag with ice bricks included.
